Welcome to our Class

Watch out for Room 14...........here we come !👻

We are a lovely bunch of Year 3 and 4 students, bright and lively, ready to learn.

Our teachers are Whaea Rhoda and Mrs. Southcombe.

We like to begin our learning with our class Karakia.

Karakia Timatanga

Manawa mai te mauri nuku

Manawa mai te mauri rangi

Ko te mauri kei au

He mauri tipua

Ka pakaru mai te pō

Tau mai te mauri

Haumi e, hui e, taiki e!

Embrace the life force of the earth

Embrace the life force of the sky

The life force I have gathered is powerful

And shatters all darkness

Come great life force

Join it, gather it, it is done.

On the first day of school...

We are learning more about each other, by sharing information about ourselves.

We are on our way to....The New Windsor way.

Being Confident

An important part of our day is solving numeracy tasks with a partner.

Listening to each other and showing respect.

We are being collaborative
Showing respect for other's ideas.
 "It is your turn now"

Our first visit to the library this year.

Our goal was to look for new information and share it with the class.

Learn, create and share.

Waitangi day- We gathered information, created our publishing and here we are sharing it with you.
