Ki ora everyone,

What an awesome week of creating ,learning and sharing.

Great to see everyone contributing and participating in ourTe reo Maori language week.


We have enjoyed facing up to our daily challenges of presenting our Pepeha, reading our Maori Puka, listening to our Maori myths and legends about Maui and his adventures and taking on Mahi toi to learn flax weaving.

        Weaving

      Te Wiki oTe Reo Maori looks like so much fun in Room 14. You have all participated and contributed some amazing work. I love your artwork, particularly the weaving. Perhaps Alyssa can tutor Ms Tannahill in flax weaving on our return to school.

  Watch out for Room 14...........here we come !👻 We are a lovely bunch of Year 3 and 4 students, bright and lively, ready to learn.  Our teachers are Whaea Rhoda and Mrs. Southcombe.  We like to begin our learning with our class Karakia.
