last week of school

  Last days of school. Some of the fun activities we enjoyed. Potential Energy Making exploding Ninja stars .                   Marbling paper using shaving cream and food colouring.                                                      What a beautiful outcome!                        Making Christmas cards              Almost glowing ! Having productive fun with walnut shells.        We made turtles....       ..............and turtle houses too.             Finally our very special treat from our teachers.       Gingerbread men.         We were all so excited and hungry that our teacher forgot to take photos of the decorated ones!' We used Skittles and jelly beans for the eyes, mouth, buttons and noses. They were delicious. We had a Christmas elf visit us as well. here is our lovely and generous Vanshika  distributing Candy canes to the whole class. Thank you Vanshika. Finally, we would like to acknowledge and congratulate are fabulous students who were awarded the Values awards

Back to school

Back to school The day finally arrived. Yes, we are finally back to school. At least some of us. It has been great seeing each other in person and catching up with our friends and teachers. It was such a lovely feeling  hearing the first " Good morning Mrs. Southcombe". I just loved it! We are Masking up and doing our best keeping the social distance. Not an easy task , but we are the "New Windsor people" and understand that it is important to be responsible.  We know that we must keep safe, keep others safe and be kind to each other. We have expressed our true feelings in our writing: Remembering the 100 days of Lockdown. In Algebra, we have been learning about : Repeating patterns Growing Pattern Identifying the rule in a number pattern. Outdoor learning. We enjoyed listening to our teacher read to us.   Week 4-  Monday 8 November to Friday 12 November. Hi there everyone, We have had an amazing week of learning , creating and sharing. Each week is always full of plenty of fun and games with our classmates and teachers. We are now champions at zooming in and out of meetings, enjoying chatting, sharing screens and learning in our Breakout rooms. We have been learning and using a lot of our digital skills.
